Hello Wellness Attitude Athletes!
Another day and another trail up the mountains. I short but fast and tough training. 10km with a 600m elevation! 1hour training. I great way to spend outdoors and have a mini adventure! Great Cardio work, as well as working the quads (uphill) and hamstrings(hamstrings). Don’t forget a good warm up before and a good stretch before. Oh and keep a bottle of water on you!
